Room Inspection Stand Alone Report (MOP)

Room inspections play a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction, safety, and quality standards. The Room Inspection Stand-Alone Report in MOP allows users to:
  1. View all completed inspections
  2. Search and filter inspection data
  3. Export reports for review and auditing
This helps ensure rooms meet operational standards and supports ongoing quality control.

Path: Dashboard/Home Page > Room Inspection

1.  Access Room Inspection Page - Navigate to the Room Inspection section. This page displays all inspections.
2.  Search Inspections - Use the search field to locate inspections. Search is based on the room attendant being evaluated (not the inspector).


3. Apply Filters - Click the funnel icon (top right)

  1. Use filters to refine results based on your needs
  2. Utilize the available filters to find exactly what you're looking for.


4. Display Results - Click Search to display filtered inspection results.


5.  Export Report - Click the Download icon (top right). Export the inspection data.


6. Review Exported Data - The report includes:
  1. Inspected rooms
  2. Inspector’s name
  3. Date and time of inspection


Notes
  1. Search results are based on the room attendant, not the inspector
  2. Filters help narrow down large datasets for easier reporting
  3. Exported reports are useful for:
    1. Audits
    2. Performance reviews
    3. Quality control tracking
