Room Inspection Report (MOP 2.0)


The Room Inspection report gives statistical data for the current/previous month/year and show the scoring results from a room inspection from more of a product quality perspective, not just a room status verification. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Room Inspection

1. Filters - Select the desired month and date
2. Horizontal Row - Provides statistics such as Create Date (when the inspection was completed), Room # inspected, Attendant (the name of the Room Attendant that cleaned the room last), Total Problems (how many missed items in the inspection), Status (Pass or Fail), Inspected By (name of the person conducting the inspection), and Notes (any added details from the inspection). The vertical columns will populate based on the inspection results.
3. Refresh - Select to return to the current month and date.
