Room Attendant (RA) Average Times Report (MOP 2.0)
The RA Average Time report provides a continuous overview of room attendants' productivity by tracking the time taken to complete tasks. Access to this report must be enabled in the role's permissions.
Enable the Permission to View the Report
Path: Administration > Identity Management > Roles/Users
You can either grant permission to a role, allowing anyone associated with that role to view the report, or you can tailor it to specific users, regardless of their role.
The report will appear at the bottom of the list of MOP Permissions:

The CSV version will have the same columns, in the same order, with the same numbers.
