Accessing the PMS System After Cancelling Your Contract with Visual Matrix

Once you cancelled your contract with Visual Matrix, your database will be deactivated at the designated date. We highly advise you to download every possible data/reports before the end of your contract.

If a request for reactivation of the system after cancellation is made, a fee will be applied for the access.
