Add Restrictions to Group Allocation (BW) (Desktop)

Add Restrictions to Group Allocation (BW) (Desktop)

This feature is only available to Best Western Hotels.

This feature gives the possibility to add an MLOS, CTA, Soft or Hard Close to a group allocation.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open a Group

1. Click on "Restrictions" at the bottom of the window.

2. Restrictions can be added per day and will be applied to ALL allocations.

- Soft: to pick up this day, a certain number of nights has to be picked up.
For example, you put a Soft-close for 4 nights on 01/05. Any reservation going through 01/05 will have to have 4 nights. Whether it is 01/04 to 01/08 (4 nights) or 01/02 to 01/06 (4 nights) or 01/05 to 01/09 (4 nights).
- Close/Hard: the allocation is closed for that date for all rooms and room types.
- MLOS (Minimum Lenght of Stay): to pick up this day, a minimum number of nights has to be picked up.
- CTA (Closed to Arrivals): no pick up are possible on that day as a starting day. This is generally to privilege longer stays.

3. Exit to Save.
