Assign Hskpg Supply Item to Room Types (Cloud) 🎥
The Supply Usage feature enables hotels to track the utilization and associated costs of every supply item used in individual guest rooms. This functionality is essential for managing and optimizing housekeeping operations efficiently. It helps in monitoring and controlling the consumption of various supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet guest demands while minimizing waste and associated expenses. With Supply Usage tracking, hotels can maintain a detailed record of the supplies consumed during room cleaning, allowing for accurate cost analysis and resource management. This feature ultimately contributes to more efficient and cost-effective housekeeping processes.
Path: Housekeeping > Setup > Supply Usage
1. Select an item on the left side.
2. Select a room type on the right side.
3. Enter the number of items needed for this room type when the room is clean as Make and as Change. Repeat for each room type.
4. Click the green floppy disk to save.
Do not switch items before saving the one you are on or all data will be lost.
