BW Free Nights Folios (BW) (Desktop)

Path: Front Office > Cashiering > Open a folio

1. From Details Posting, post the accounting code DB (direct bill).
2. The DB will post to the CL account already selected as the method of payment on the reservation screen.
3. A dialogue box will prompt to confirm the CL account. You will be prompted to cancel & select the proper account twice for confirmation.
The account receiving charges should match in almost all scenarios.
