BW Free Nights Reservations (BW) (Desktop)
1. If not already mapped, select the FX discount code for Free Night Stay Redemption Stays.
2. Select City Ledger from the Method of Payment dropdown, and then select the appropriate City Ledger account. There will either be one account dedicated to BWR Free Nights or one BW Account for Free Nights/Travel Cards/BW Gift Cards.
An FX reservation made online will always have a $0.01 rate.
If the FX code does not prompt a rate or if there are no City Ledger payment Account for BW, see your Management.
The FX discount code is what triggers the points redemption on the client BWR account. If you take it out from the reservation, the points will be refunded to the client's BWR account.
