BWR Pre-Reg/Mobile Check-Ins (BW) (Cloud) 🎥
This feature is only available for Best Western Hotels.
Best Western Reward Members can take advantage of the option to pre-register for check-in via the BW Mobile App. Furthermore, for those who opt to use a mobile key, they can skip the front desk entirely and head straight to their room by using their mobile key.
On the guest's arrival day, they will receive a welcome letter that includes an attached survey. When the survey is returned, the reservation status in Visual Matrix will be updated to "Pre Reg" or "Pre Reg-Key" (if guest opt-in for mobile key). Moreover, all survey responses, including details such as the time of arrival and room requests, will be recorded in the reservation comments.
In addition to the reservation, the "Pre-Reg" status will also be visible in Reservation Management within "Front Office > Supervisor" and in the Arrival Report. You can choose to print the Arrival Report with or without the survey answers (comments) for pre-registered guests.
