Complete a Preventative Maintenance Work Order (Cloud) 🎥

Implementing a regular schedule for preventive maintenance is crucial for the hotel's upkeep. It ensures that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently, helping to maintain the facilities in excellent condition.
Path: Maintenance > Preventive Maintenance > Search

1. Search the work order. Search can be narrowed down with the filters by Rooms, Common Areas, Preventive Maintenance Item, to whom it was Assigned To or by dates.
2. Click Refresh to update the results.



3. Select "Complete All" if all work orders are completed or...



4. Update individually each Status, whether it is completing one work order or updating any other field like the date or the cost.
5. Click Save to complete the update.
