Path: Maintenance > Preventive Maintenance > Search

1. Search the work order. Search can be narrowed down with the filters by Rooms, Common Areas, Preventive Maintenance Item, to whom it was Assigned To or by dates.

2. Click Refresh to update the results.

3. Select "Complete All" if all work orders are completed or...

4. Update individually each Status, whether it is completing one work order or updating any other field like the date or the cost.
