Deactivate a User (MOP 2.0)

In MOP, you cannot delete a user account entirely—but you can deactivate it to prevent further access. Follow the steps below to safely deactivate a user.

Path: Administration > Identity Management > Users

InfoTip: If you want to reinstate the user later, simply edit the profile and re-check the Active box, then Save.
