Can we have multiple rate for a company profile as per the room type?

You can attach an override rate or a discount code to the company profile but the system will not allow you to break the rate down into specific room types.

Where do I find the "Do not rent" list?

You can export the guest types from Sales and Marketing > Marketing > Guest > Set the information you wish to generate and use the export tool to export the information on your preferences.
