Sales Setup, Controls & Exports

Can we assign multiple rates to a company profile based on room type?
While you can apply an override rate or discount code, or set up monthly or weekly rates for a company profile, the system does not allow assigning rates to specific room types.
Where can I find the "Do Not Rent" list?
The "Do Not Rent" list can be found by exporting guest types from Sales and Marketing > Marketing > Guest. Set the desired information and use the export tool to generate the data according to your preferences.
How Do I Get a List of Do Not Rent (DNR) Guests?
To generate a list of guests marked as Do Not Rent (DNR), use the Guest Export tool and filter by Guest Type = Do Not Rent (DNR).

Guest Profiler

What happens if a guest on the Do Not Rent list books online?
If a guest who is marked Do Not Rent (DNR) books online, the reservation may not immediately trigger a warning if the system does not match the reservation to the existing guest profile. This can happen when the guest name is entered differently (for example, a spelling variation or missing middle name).

When reviewing new reservations, staff should confirm whether the guest matches an existing profile and link the reservation to the correct guest profile when necessary. Once the reservation is associated with the DNR profile, the system warnings will appear during reservation review or check-in.

Group Sales & Reporting

Why does the Group History report show more pickup than expected?
The Pickup (Pkup) value in the Group History report reflects the net change in rooms for a specific stay date, not just newly created reservations. If both pickups and cancellations exist for the same arrival date, they are combined into one total.
For example, if 22 group reservations were picked up and 5 reservations tied to that arrival date were cancelled—even if those cancellations occurred long before arrival—the report will show a pickup total of 27. This is expected behavior, as the report is driven by stay date impact, not by when the reservation activity occurred.
