Property General Information (Cloud) 🎥

Everything about the property ID is located on this page. Most of the information on the page can be updated by the property outside 2 fields.
Path: Management > Property Settings > General

General Information
Name, address, phone number, email and website. Information in this section is the one that will display on folios, regcards and confirmation letters.
The property id is the number given by Visual Matrix. It is how a property is recognized by the Client Experience team.
The property name cannot be updated by the property. Any request for update has to be made by writting to the Client Experience team.



Mailing Address
If the property has a mailing address different than its location, it can be entered in this section.



Dealer Information
This section can be used to enter information about a parent company or a brand contact.



License
The serial number is a Visual Matrix lifelong number of the property.
The product key is a keyed number based on the property name and interfaces. Anytime a change is made on those 2 parameters, the key will change.



Phone Format
This setting give the property the possibility to use any phone format they want. The same format will be display on every form the phone number will show.
