Guest Survey Interface
This interface is only available on the Cloud PMS.
If you are working with a Customer Experience Management company (like Medalia), you can activate an interface that will send them automatically information on your check outs every night. Once setup, you can also trigger a manual export or download a copy of the data. The export is a csv file send by email.
What does the export includes?
The export will include:
- Guest first and last name.
- Email,
- Check In and Check Out date,
- Your property name,
- The Visual Matrix Reservation number,
- The Room number they stayed in,
- Their phone number,
- The status of their reservation.
Setup the export
To do the export, you will need the setup about the Server to send the information to: FTP Server address, Port, Username and Password.
Check the box if you want to enable the automatic export every night.
This setup is done by the VM Implementation Team from the information provided by your Guest Survey provider (i.e. Medalia).
Trigger a manual export or download the data
Choose the audit date and click Export (FTP data will have to be setup) or click Download the download the csv file.
