Open Knowledge Base from Dashboard (Cloud)

This in-app Knowledge Base panel is exclusive to VM Cloud. Desktop users must access it via the Support page at help.visualmatrix.com.

Your Visual Matrix Cloud PMS includes quick, in-app access to our full Knowledge Base—so you can find help, articles, or open tickets without leaving the system. This handy feature keeps support just one click away, right where you’re working.

Instructions

1. Click on the question mark at the bottom right of the screen.



2. This opens a side panel where you can:
- Search the Knowledge Base for articles and browse it by section.
- View the Visual Matrix Community to read discussions (view-only, no posting).
- Connect with our 24/7 support chat for real-time assistance.
- Open a support ticket without leaving your PMS session.



3. Close the panel by clicking the X icon in the bottom left.
