Knowledge Base Access (Cloud)
This feature is only available in Visual Matrix Cloud. VM Desktop Users can access that feature from the Support page at help.visualmatrix.com.
Click on the question mark at the bottom right of the screen.
The question mark will open a side panel with access:
1. Search field into the knowledge base
2. Possibility to open a ticket without opening a new tab
3. Get access to the Knowledge Base, and navigate into it, section by section
4. Click on the cross at the bottom left of the side panel to close it.
