How to Restart an Interface (Desktop)
If you device server is running but for any reason, an interface dropped or gets offline, you can either restart the computer, restart the device server, or restart the interface alone.
1. From the task bar (normally at the bottom of the screen), click on the arrow that goes up on the right side.
2. Double click on the computer screen to open the device server.
3. Click on Start.
4. Click on the interface to (re)start. Any down interface will show in red.
5. The interface will turn green to show it is back up.
If you encounter any error while trying to restart an interface, you can either try to restart the device server or restart completely your computer.
