Link a Visual Matrix Group with Synxis (Cloud)

This feature is the initial phase of a collaboration between Visual Matrix and SynXis. The second phase, expected in Q1 2025, will enable automatic creation of groups in SynXis when they are created in Visual Matrix.

Once a group is created in both SynXis and Visual Matrix, you can link them to ensure that every reservation made online for that group is automatically added as an allocation pickup in Visual Matrix. However, the group must still be created manually in both systems, Visual Matrix and SynXis.

1. Open a Group.
2. Scroll down to the bottom to the last section "Guarantee and Confirmation".
3. Enter the SynXis Group Code in the "CRS Group Code" field.



4. Tab out to save the information.

Any reservations made online before this feature was implemented and not yet linked to the group will need to be added manually.
