The Loyalty Info Log is an essential feature of the Loyalty Program interface for managing the accuracy and effectiveness of the loyalty program. The Loyalty Info Log is a valuable tool that enhances the management of loyalty programs, ensuring a smooth operation and improving both guest experience and internal processes.

It provides a detailed record of key loyalty-related actions, such as:
- Property ID
- Guest Email
- Confirmation Number
- Clerk/User who performed the enrollment
- Type of Enrollment
- Time of Booking
- Check-in Prompt
- Check-out Prompt
- Number of times a user clicks “No” on the lookup or enrollment prompts.

By capturing these details, the log ensures transparency and traceability, allowing properties to:
- Track discrepancies in guest enrollments or rewards allocation.
- Monitor guest interactions with the loyalty program, providing insights into engagement patterns.
- Verify staff activity and ensure compliance with enrollment procedures.
