The Revenue Forecast report provides a quick snapshot at the main revenue metrics that are the occupancy forecast, total revenue and ADR.
Path: Management > Reports > Forecast > Revenue Forecast
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date or date range.
- by choosing a specific day of the week to compare.
- by including non-Gtd reservations in the occupancy rate and total revenue.
- by style: choose to display the report the classic way, as bar graph, or as pie graph.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Date and day.
- Number of rooms currently booked.
- Occupancy rate based on current booked reservations.
- Revenue based on current booked reservations.
- ADR based on current booked reservations.
- Last Year ADR.
- Number of rooms sold last year.
- Occupancy variance between last year and current year.
- Total for each segment for the date or date range.
