Mgmt Security Log Report (Desktop) 🎥

The Security Log Report will show anyone that logged into your Cloud and from which IP using which Login/Username, who viewed/revealed credit card numbers and who did a modification in the credit card interface.

Path: Management > User Settings > Security Log Report

1. Click on Security Log Report.

2. Narrow down the report is you are only looking for a specific information:

- All: will give you all the reports below.

- Credit Card Views: will give you the list, date, and time, of anyone that viewed credit card numbers in any reservations and which credit card was viewed.

- Credit Card Setup: will give you the list, date, and time, of modifications that were done in the Credit Card interface.

- User Access: will give you the list with login, date, and time, of anyone that logged into your Visual Matrix.

- Remote Support: this is not activated anymore. The Client Experience connects only through Zoho Connect - Security Reminders and Best Practices

- Backups: will give you a list of every backup that happens, whether it is the automatic one during the audit or any manual one.

3. Choose a time frame. By default, the from/to will be the current audit date.

4. Click Refresh.
