Message "Rebuild Res Matrix Error" (Desktop)


This error message occurs during the night audit and indicates a discrepancy in the inventory that requires resolution. Typically, it stems from a reservation that should have been checked out days ago but, for some reason, remains in a checked-in status.
Path on the Server: C:\ImageTech\VisualMatrix\Shared\Logs

1. Go to the folder location and look for a file named "MissingRoomId_XXXX_XX_XX".



2. Double-click on the most recent file to open it. The file is a straightforward text file that displays:
- The Reservation number.
- The Guest name.
- The Date of check-out.
- The Room type.



3. Open Visual Matrix and search for the confirmation number.
4. If the departure date has passed and the status is still checked-in, proceed to check out the reservation.
If there is no error file and no issue with the reservation, but you still encounter an error message, or if you come across a new error, please open a ticket.
