Message "There are Missing Seasons for the next 18 Months" (BW)


What is the message?

Best Western requires every hotel to have 18 Months of seasons and rates set up in their system.
Online reservations are open 18 months in advance.
This popup will show regularly if you do not have those 18 months set up in Visual Matrix.

What may be the consequences?

Rooms are being sold online at a rate that is not set up from Visual Matrix and those reservations will not be able to be retrieved because of the missing seasons in Visual Matrix.
So you will then have another popup message about an issue with incoming messages... Like HERE.
