Microsoft's has released a new modern authentication push based on support token-based logins that would replace App Passwords.
As we are working on new ways to process emails securely and efficiently, the use of the App Password is still at this day the only way for Visual Matrix to get through your email MFA and send emails. If you encounter any issue setting up an app password with a Microsoft application, we invite you to contact their support who will walk you through their process.
