Move a Group Stay Dates (Desktop)
When a group intends to move its stay dates entirely (not just extending but relocating to another period), there is a specific method for doing so. If this process is not followed, any picked-up reservations will not be moved simultaneously. Additionally, for those connected to a Channel Manager that syncs groups, failing to use the move button may result in discrepancies in the inventory.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search
1. Open the group reservation.
2. Go to Stay Details.
3. Click on the button "Move", next to the arrival date.
4. Enter the new arrival date.
5. Click "Ok"
