Move a Group Stay Dates (Cloud)

When a group needs to move their entire stay to different dates (not just extending the current dates), it's crucial to use the "Move" button within your hotel management system. This is the recommended and necessary method to ensure all picked-up reservations are moved simultaneously and to avoid discrepancies in your inventory, especially if you're integrated with a Channel Manager. Using the "Move" button ensures that all reservations associated with the group are updated accurately and synchronized across all channels.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search

1. Open the group reservation.
2. Go to Stay Details.
3. Click on the button "Move", next to the arrival date.



4. Enter the new arrival date.



5. Click "Move"
