Put a room on a DND Status from the PBX (Cloud)
This feature requires an active PBX interface.
To put a room on DND status means marking it as "Do Not Disturb," indicating that hotel staff should not enter for any services until the guest removes this status, ensuring privacy and avoiding interruptions.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > PBX > Guest
To search for a guest, enter their name in Guest Information or select their room number from the drop-down.
Click DND OFF to set the guest to Do Not Disturb. The icon will change to a red DND icon. Click again on the DND icon to turn DND off. The text on the icon indicates the DND status.
The other tabs - Group, Arrival, and Departure - are only for guest search. Search for a guest who is part of a group or search by arrival or departure dates. Once you choose the guest, it will go back to the first tab Guest.
