Send Flexipass Mobile Key at Check-In (Cloud)

"Flexipass" is an app that serves as a "mobile key" for hotels. It is a technology-driven application that offers hotel guests the ability to use their smartphones or mobile devices as secure keys for accessing their hotel rooms.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and open the reservation

1. Click on Mobile Key in the reservation toolbox. During check-in, a window will automatically prompt asking where to send the key to.



2. The Mobile Key Creation window will prompt asking where to send the mobile key.
3. If the choice is given, choose to send by email or text. Email will be selected by default*.
4. The guest will then have to follow the instructions from their phone: download the Flexipass Keyless Mobile Access app and have Bluetooth enabled.
