Set Up Automatic or Scheduled Charges in a Group Folio (Desktop)
Path: Front Office > Group > Search and Open the group.
1. Select Group Accounts tab from along the top.
2. Click the Incidental Charges tab.
3. Click on the date for which the charge should be posted.
4. Click on the blank field in the Posting section to choose the charge from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter a charge amount in the Amount field.
