Setup an Online Rate Plan Private (BW) (Cloud)
Marking a rate code "Private" means that the rate will not show on the registration card. This is used for guests who do not pay the hotel directly for the accomodation but go through a thrid party.
Path: Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Click on Best Western 2 Way.
1. Go to Rate Plan Setup on the right side (first option from the top of the toolbox).
2. Find the rate/discount code.
3. Check the "Private" box (scroll right if it is not visible).
4. Click Save.
