Setup Default Arrival/Check-In Time (Cloud)


The Default Arrival (Check-In) Time setting is used to indicate when a guest is expected to arrive. This time appears on the Housekeeping Arrival report and can be adjusted directly in the reservation. If it's set earlier and the room still needs to be cleaned, it will be prioritized and appear higher on the room attendant assignment list to help housekeeping staff manage their tasks efficiently.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Parameters > Section "Parameters" (right side)

1. Enter the time in the "Default Arrival Time" field.



2. Click the green floppy disk at the top right to save the page modification.
