Setup Room Numbers (Desktop) 🎥

This section is to setup room numbers: create the room numbers and assigning them to a room type.
Path: Management > Setup > Rooms > Room Set Up

1. Use the last empty line to create the new room number.



2. Enter the primary fields:
- Choose a Room Number. The number/name is limited to 6 characters.
- Select the Room Type from the dropdown. Room type are created in the room type configuration tab.
- Enter the room description.
- Select the Housekeeping Section if those have been created in the housekeeping setups.
- If the room is connecting with another one, enter in the next columns up to 2 rooms it is connecting to.
- This field will be automatically filled in based on the configuration in the Phone Extensions section.
