Setup the Mobile Check-In (MCI) Interval and Cutoff Time (Desktop) (Best Western) 🎥


This feature is only available for Best Western Hotels.

1. The Mobile Check-In (MCI) Interval
Path: Management > Setup > Interfaces > Central Res BW2/Best Western 2 Way.

This is how often Visual Matrix will pull down pre-registration surveys from central reservations.
You can adjust that interval between 1 and 12 hours or turn it off.


The MCI feature is linked to the automatic sending of the guests folios by Best Western after check-out.

2. The Mobile Check-In (MCI) Cutoff Time
Path: Management > Setup > Property > Parameters

This triggers a warning dialog when there are pre-registered guests who have not been assigned a room.
The pop-up dialog will occur regularly until all pre-registered guests have been assigned a room.


The MCI feature is linked to the automatic sending of the guests folios by Best Western after check-out.
