Setup Mobile Check-In (MCI) Interval (BW) (Desktop)

The Mobile Check-In Interval is how often Visual Matrix will pull down pre-registration surveys from central reservations.
Path: Management > Setup > Interfaces > Central Res BW2/Best Western 2 Way.

You can adjust that interval between 1 and 12 hours or turn it off.


The MCI feature is linked to the automatic sending of the guests folios by Best Western after check-out.
