Setup Unsettled CC Batch Alerts (Desktop)
When a credit card batch is not settled, an alert can be sent to anyone for who it is set up. This alert will be sent through the internal messaging application of Visual Matrix.
Path: Management > Security
1. Highlight the User who will receive those alerts.
2. At the bottom, in the System Alerts section, check the box for Credit Card Batch does not settle.
3. The alert will show as an internal mail when you go into Visual Matrix, any section, and click on the INFO link at the top right of the page.
