The AR, RD, and Comp codes denote debit amounts, signifying revenue adjustments, discounts, or complementary rooms that have been deducted from the room revenue.

These three codes are distinct to specify the impact of each code. If you have a ballroom or conference room and wish to separate its revenue from the room revenue (RC) while still including it in the Room Revenue General Ledger, you can create similar codes.
