Update/Customize Preset Text for PinPad Signature Capture (Desktop)

This option is only if you have a Signature Capture option on your credit card pinpad device.

The Preset Text is the text that will show on the pinpad screen, same if it was on the registration card.
Path: Management > Setup > Property > Forms

To update/customize this text, follow the next steps.
1. In the "Registration Cards" section, click on "View" next to "Preset Text for Signature Capture".



2. Update the text.


Avoid using special characters such as quotation marks ("), backslashes (\), and double quotes (" ") in order to ensure that the text populates correctly on the EMV terminal.

3. Click OK in the Signature Capture window.
