Update/Customize Registration Cards Preset Text (Desktop)
The Preset Text is the text that is showing below the detailed stay charges, as shown below.
Path: Management > Setup > Property > Forms
To update/customize this text, follow the next steps.
If your text exceeds one page, the overflow will move to a second page, even if it only contains the extra text. After editing, print a test folio to ensure it displays properly.
1. In the "Registration Cards" section, click on "View" next to "Preset Text".
2. Update the text.
3. Click OK in the Registration Card window.
