Update an Online Rate Plan Marketing Segments (Cloud)
This option is only available on VM Cloud. If you do not have access to your Channel Manager Rate Plan Mapping, contact our Client Experience team. For quicker resolution, please send the list of rate/discount codes and the marketing segments to apply.
Marketing segments are mandatory in any reservation. Any online reservation have assigned market segments setup in the interface applied according to the rate plan/rate code.
Path: Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Choose the Channel Manager
1. Click on Rate Plan Setup on the right side.
2. Update the Marketing Segment in the Mapping table.
3. Click OK.
