User Settings Supervisor Level (Desktop)
The Supervisor level can be given to anyone and is part of a user settings. This credential is not to be confused with the user department as a "Supervisor" or with the access privileges to "Front Office > Supervisor".
Path: Management > Admin > Security
Giving someone a Supervisor level will let them:
- view credit card numbers in full (real number or token).
- process refunds.
- post and void Supervisor only accounting codes.
1. Choose a user.
2. Choose "Yes" in the Supervisor Column.
