View a Credit Card Number from a Reservation (Desktop)
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Open a Reservation
1. In the Method of Payment on the right, choose Credit Card as the Method of Payment, even if it is already there.
2. In the Credit Card - Save Info window, click on View.
3. In the Credit Card Authorizations window, click on the credit card you wish to see the full number.
4. Click on View at the bottom of the window to review the full number.
5. Click OK to close and Cancel to close the Credit Card - Save Info window.
Everytime a credit card is manually entered, swiped or chipped, it will create a new line, even if it is the same credit card number.
If you are tokenized, the revealed number will be the token number and not the real credit card number, Visual Matrix do not store those.
The token IS the credit card number between your processor and yourself and can be used to charge the guest credit card even after check-out.
