Visual Matrix Reports: Definitions, Layout and Tools

Before you go through the list of all the reports that are available in Visual Matrix, let's dive into how they are generated and the tools available in each of them.
To make sure you have the most accurate and adjusted data on the screen, always click on the Refresh button on a report page.

Some definitions

Dynamic vs Static
- Dynamic: the report is updated with the activity in Visual Matrix;
- Static: once the report is created, it won't change.

Forecast vs History
A Forecast report is a dynamic management tool that presents information based on actual data. Forecasting can assist leadership and management in projecting future outcomes.
A forecast report cannot be used as a history report. It is meant only to forecast future projections. In forecast reports, numbers and totals before the audit date are not updated once the audit is processed. Any modification that happened after the audit on previous days, like adjustments, will not reflect on forecast reports.
A History report is a static document that will present past and settled numbers of historical activity.
