While no-show folios with a balance can be reviewed via the Supervisor route, it would be convenient to also have that option available on the in-house report.

It would also be convenient if House Accounts with a balance appear on this report as an option.

Our property would like these options as our head office's accounting department is seeking a detailed guest ledger, however, this does not appear as an option on Visual Matrix.
