Outage?
Is there a known outage? I am unable to process credit cards or print receipts. I was also unable to use the help chat or open a ticket. My two most recent reservations came through without payment info.

Credit Card not authorizing
We seem to have an issue at our property where credit cards are not authorizing and keep timing out. Is anyone else having this issue? I tried to do a chat request but the wait time is say 160 minutes.
FORTIS
Our property recent switched to Fortis for CC processing... Does anyone else have problems with returns and batch errors. I have to manually close about 3 out of 7 days worth of batches. Additionally, I often get a dtrange ~00000000 error when attempting
