Adding CRS Comments to Supervisor Res Mgmt
It would be useful to see the CRS comments in the Supervisor Res Mgmt function, as certain hotels like ours, use the tool to quickly assign rooms. Special Requests and Comments can currently be viewed from the Supervisor Res Mgmt function, however, CRS
I need a overide option for reservations
I am a new GM at Best Western Nw Lodge and I am blown away that we are not able to overide some things. like there are many times a hotel will need to overbook the hotel in order to allow us to shuffle reservations around so we do not have to move guests

Is there a front office or supervisor report that includes the internal comments?
3rd Party Confirmation Number
When searching by 3rd Party confirmation number on the cloud, it seems you have to add in the -01 to the end. Is there anyway to search without adding the -01. It was not like this on the desktop version, you could just input the first part of the confirmation

Hey all, I am at property 46013 and we have noticed when searching reservations, we can no longer search by 3 party confirmation #'s, and cannot search group names anymore. Has anyone else been experiencing this as well?
