Access to the 2Way Mapping Tables (BW)


Rate Plan Mapping

In VM Desktop, to access the rate plan mapping table, you must have access to the Best Western PRM (Property Revenue Management) Service. This service is available for a fee through Best Western. Access to the mapping tables is typically granted to individuals, specifically, Best Western Revenue Managers who perform hands-on tasks for their properties. This access is provided to assist properties in managing their room types and rate plans.
In VM Cloud, however, any user with the appropriate credential can access the mapping table and make their own rate plan mapping.
It's important to note that this password is only issued to approved individuals by Best Western, and Visual Matrix does not possess or manage this password.

Room Type Mapping

Because of the sensitivity, significance, and potential repercussions associated with this setup, access to the Room Type mapping table is restricted, regardless of whether you are using VM Desktop or VM Cloud. To access it, you must have access to the Best Western PRM Service.
If you wish to access rate plan mapping and are currently using VM Desktop, consider this as an opportunity to update to VM Cloud. This update will enhance your experience and offer greater flexibility in managing your rate plans.
