Add an Add-On to a Reservation (Cloud)
An add-on is an additional charge applied to a guest's reservation for extra services, such as a pet fee, a crib in the room, or the use of a safe, based on the guest's needs.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open a reservation
Open the reservation and scroll down to the Rate Information section. You can add up to 2 add-ons per reservation.
