Add Reservation Add-Ons (Cloud)
An add-on is an extra charge applied to a reservation for additional services—like pet fees, cribs, or in-room safes. VM Cloud allows you to add up to two add-ons per reservation directly from the reservation screen, making it easy to bill guests for extras as needed.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open a reservation
Instructions
1. Open the Reservation and Locate the Add-On Section: Navigate to the guest reservation via the path above and scroll down to the Rate Information area within the reservation.
2. Select Add-On(s): Choose up to two available add-ons (e.g., pet fee, crib, safe) and apply them to the reservation.
If the required add-on isn’t listed, check your property’s Fixed Fees setup to ensure the accounting code is active.
