Allow Reservations to Alter Group Block Allocation (Cloud)

Allow Reservations to Alter Group Block Allocation (Cloud)

Group pickups are executed based on available allocations. Consequently, extending a reservation adheres to the same rules, and if there aren't sufficient allocations, the extension will be declined. This configuration allows the extension of a reservation or the addition of a reservation to a group, even in the absence of available allocations. The setting automatically adds any missing allocation to the group.
Info
This function does not allow extending a group’s dates; it can only increase the number of rooms allocated to an existing room type within the current date range.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Parameters > Section "Parameters" (right side)
