Show Groups Allocation Pickups (Cloud) 🎥
Pickups provide information about the relationship between rooms that have been allocated to a group and rooms that have been picked up by individual reservations, as well as any remaining or dropped allocations. You can access pickup information in two locations within the group reservation.
Path1: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group > Show Pickups (in the toolbox on the right).
Path2: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group > Rooming List (in the toolbox on the right) > Show Pickups.
Group pick ups is a recap that will tell you by room type (and in total) and by date, how many rooms were allocated, how many were picked up and how many are remaining or dropped, if the drop out date is passed.
