Company Category Codes allow you to organize company profiles into specific groups or classifications. Assigning categories helps staff quickly identify the type of company they are working with and allows companies to be sorted or filtered when reviewing company listings. For example, categories may be used to group companies such as Corporate Accounts, Local Businesses, Government Agencies, or Travel Partners. Instructions
Company Category Codes are assigned directly within the Company Profile.
1. Locate and open the desired Company Profile.
2. In the Company Information, locate the Category Code field and select the appropriate Company Category Code from the dropdown list.
3. Click the Save icon to apply the change.
The selected category will now be associated with the company profile.
