Company profiles store information about organizations that book reservations with your property, such as corporate accounts, negotiated rate partners, or local businesses. Maintaining accurate company profiles helps ensure reservations are linked to the correct company and supports consistent reporting and billing. The Company Listing screen displays all company profiles by default. Filters at the top of the page can be used to narrow the results and quickly locate a specific company.
Instructions
1. When the Company Listing screen opens, all company profiles are displayed in the results grid. Review the list to locate the desired company profile.
2. To narrow the results, use one or more of the filters at the top of the screen:
- Start Company: Displays companies starting from a selected name/number.
- Ending Company: Displays companies ending with a selected name/number.
- Category: Filters companies by their assigned category.
3. Click Search to apply the selected filters, and double-click a company line in the results list to open the profile.
